Why Education System Is So Weak And Uncared?

Following is copy of my message of August 2015 . This is enough to prove that we do not learn lesson from an incident . Cry for somedays and then forget completely.
UP Government has terminated the services of the teacher who had filed PIL in Allahabad Court against pathetic position of primary education in the state of Uttar Pradesh and based on which the High Court issued order to UP government to ensure that wards of all public servants are admitted only in Government Schools within a timeframe of six months. This historic order of High Court has brought the Government in a worrisome and awkward situation where Compliance of court order is equally dangerous than non-compliance of the same.
Government has taken a suicidal step by terminating the teacher who had filed PIL against government. This step tantamount to not only contempt of court but absolute disregard of court.
It proves that the government is neither worried about poor quality of education nor about the moral duty of putting court order in action in true spirit.
I think this step will prove to be a last nail in the coffin of UP government led by Samajwadi Party. I of strong view that parent of children of UP state who are real victim of pathetic position of primary or higher education in the state should revolt and teach a lesson to UP government . The may unite and come out with a mass rally or vote against the party in coming election.
If people of UP remains silent spectator of wrong step taken by UP government , there is no doubt that clever politicians ruling the state will opt for knocking the door of Supreme Court or pass a law nullifying court order. Already state of UP is victim of law and order problem and UP police has completely failed to protect the life of common men .
Political transfers, unabated killings of innocent by mafia, beating by police at behest of political masters ,inaction on rising incidents of rapes have already made the public sufferer and looser by giving SP power to rule. I am fully confident that voters will not commit blunder by re-electing SP to power in forthcoming election.
UP govt sacks whistleblower teacher-20th August 2015---The Hindu
The Uttar Pradesh government has terminated the job of Shiv Kumar Pathak, a trainee government teacher who had filed several Public Interest Litigation cases to highlight pathetic condition of primary education in the State. He had also filed cases with allegations of irregularities in the recruitment of primary teachers in courts.
In a PIL case where he was also one of the petitioner, the Allahabad High Court had on Tuesday, ordered that all government employees, public representatives and judges have to mandatorily send their children to government schools.
The court issued directives to the State Chief Secretary to ensure that its order is implemented putting the government in a "tricky situation" as government schools have become "the last refuge of only the poor", as Mr. Pathak put it.
Mr. Pathak told The Hindu on phone that he was sacked because he was "actively highlighting the pathetic state of affairs of primary education."
I think that the government is not happy with my activism highlighting the bad state of affairs of primary education in the State. The government order which informed me about my termination said I was not "fit" to be a teacher," said Mr. Pathak who was posted as a trainee teacher in Pandeypur in Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh.
But the trigger of his termination, said Mr. Pathak, was his PIL because of which the High Court ordered the government workers, elected political representatives and judges to send their children to government
The government order dated August 17, informing Mr. Pathak about his termination said “filing PILs” and “leave without permission” were the two reasons behind his termination. Mr. Pathak was appointed for the post of primary school teacher in Januray this year and was going through the training period.
Mr. Pathak rejected the government order saying that he had to take leave to attend the Court hearing for which he had sent a written application.
"I will approach the court if the State government doesn't do justice with me," he told The Hindu.
The Allahabad HC had in its order made strong remarks about the state of primary education in the State and ordered that all salaried employees of the government besides elected representatives and judges must send their children to government school.
The State Advocate General Vijay Bahadur told the media that the government is waiting for the High Court order and will take a decision on the issue only after reading the order and examining all aspects associated with it.
My Comment dated 19th August 2015 on Allahabad Court Order dated 17th August 2015
Allahabad High Court has given order to Uttar Pradesh Government to ensure that children of Government servants are admitted only in government run schools. Some people who want to take care of their children are treating this order of Apex court as encroachment in their fundamental right of choosing place of education as per their will and choice. Some legal experts consider the said order as judicial outreach.
Public servants think that career of their children will be spoiled if they are forced to send them in government run schools only. These clever, corrupt and immoral persons know very well that it is they who have looted these temples of education in the name of freedom , in the name of democracy, in the name of caste, in the name of minority or secularism and in the name of fundamental rights.
Half a century ago, there used to be government run schools, hospitals and airlines only and comparatively these institutions used to serve better then . Because options of private schools used to be negligible. People used to trust only government run schools, hospitals and all .Trust level of these institutions have faced severe erosion since 1991 when our own government started giving more value to private sector in the name of privatisation and to conceal their evil work. These people propagated a line of privatisation so that their evil work and loot of public money is not exposed . Otherwise Government run schools were not as bad as they are now.
Logically it is rightly suggested by a class of intelligent people that court should make effort first to reform the existing system . They say that court should first give order for improving the quality of these schools and then force their child to be admitted in such schools. Otherwise it is encroachment in their fundamental right.
But the question is who will come first. First egg will come or first Hen will come. It is true that wards of judges should also be admitted in government run schools. Here essence of the judgement is that if children of public servants as also that of politicians are admitted in such schools, they will honestly work for good quality education in these schools. On a broader spectrum , if these servants treat entire country as own family, entire system will improve .We find pathetic position all where , in all offices , in all schools and colleges wherever government has control , directly or indirectly , partially or fully. Because there is no patriotism anywhere .
People in government job or politicians who rule this country treat all these places as scope for earning wealth for their family. Heavy fund is spent on such Government schools on papers , but major chunk of it is lost in pilferage and taken away by public servants including politicians.
Appointment of teachers and supporting staff are done not on the basis of merit but on the basis of underhand dealings or value of recommendation the candidate is able to bring to ensure selection for the post. If a teacher is appointed, , merit is not seen in him , potential and capacity of teaching in the person is not assessed, , only thing in mind of selector team remains who has recommended for his appointment and what money he is ready to offer in lieu of job. Quality is not given any significance in any of government offices.
This is why private schools, private hospitals , private airlines , private banks are getting recognition in the minds of all parents. And government t run places are meant and used for parking poor and weaker persons only.
As such when public servants are forced to send their child to government run schools, these public servants will definitely take all possible care to provide education better in government schools than that provided by private schools.
Further it is to be kept in mind that in our country , it is only judiciary outreach which helps in improving condition in any sphere of life. Politicians and public servants do not have time for giving value to their moral and religious duty towards citizen of India . They play caste or communal cards to win the election . They are least bothered of poor or quality of performance. And it is ironical that their such cards get success many times in election. .Even religion has failed to motivate these greedy people to serve mankind honestly . People fight in the name of religion, fight for saving religion, riot in the name of religious pundits or temples or masjids but do not follow preaching and principles of religion honestly and truely.
As such when court given a ruling , even if it appears that judiciary has surpassed its jurisdiction , it must be honoured , respected and given all weightage.
Why not we think , Why court has thought it better to go beyond their judicial area , why do they think it necessary to encroach in legislative and administrative powers . Do you think that judges who deliver such orders do not know the law and do not understand the spirit of these laws. They know what the Constitution say and they know the condition prevalent in outside world. It is good luck that at least court has taken cognizance of pathetic position of government run schools and suggested a small step which in the long run may help in improvement of these poorly run schools, hospitals, and other offices.
Those who are engaged in debate to decide whether the court order is good or bad, constitutional or unconstitutional, within power or outreach should think why there is continuous deterioration in quality of teachings in government run schools. Why educated youth do not want to accept the job of a teacher if he or she has other option available . Why there is a mad rush to become an engineer or a doctor or a management expert? Why a educated person prefer even a job of a peon or waiter in a hotel or a cleaner in an office than to become teacher? Why youth who do not get job elsewhere and who is constrained to go for teaching, he or she try to go for teaching in a private school?
Further , those who are engaged in debate over said court order ,do not think that cost of education in private schools right from kids schools to schools for higher studies has gone up to such a high extent that poor or even upper middle class cannot afford. It is hardly five percent of population who can afford costly education for their wards in reputed private schools. Why do they not talk of their fundamental right of education because admission in private schools is slowly and gradually going beyond their reach and affordability.

Million dollar question is after all why people do not want to send their children to government schools for education?
Why do they no like to get treatment of their sick kith and kin in government hospitals?
Why do they not like to fly by Indian airlines?
Why do they not like to have account and business in public bank?
Why do they not like to buy goods produced by Indian companies and prefer imported goods?
Why do Indian talent prefer working in USA , UK and abroad but not for Indian Companies? And so on..
I therefore not only justify the judicial order of Allahabad Court directing UP government to force public servants to send their children to Government schools only, I like to request courts to give order directing public servants to get treatment of them and their family embers only in Government run hospitals. Bills pertaining to treatment in private nursing homes or private hospitals should not be paid from Government fund. Rather public servants opting for treatment in private hospitals should be punished and penalised.
I like to request courts to direct all public servants, ministers and politicians to fly by Indian Airlines only and to buy goods produced by public sector undertakings in preference to multi-national companies.
Last but not the least , media men who are wasting time in conducting debates on their TV channels to decide whether the said court order in as per Constitution or not should stop such debates on focus on point whether the said court order is helpful and good for common men?
Media men should debate why political class who ruled this country for seven decades failed to protect the quality of public utility services like education, medical care , transportation , roads etc ? They should debate whether rulers of this country who ruled this country for seven long decades performed their duty as per wishes and ambitions of our great Constitution and great Constitution makers.
Media men should debate whether executive and legislative wing of the country is performing well and whether they are not encroaching fundamental rights of common men?
And lastly whether media men are made and meant for projecting only negative sides of all events, all acts , all individuals, all institutions and all rules, laws and policies.
Whey media men point out their accusing fingers towards Allahabad court order directly or through participants chosen by them , they should also try to know what is happening in other developed countries like USA.
Education in the United States is provided by public schools and private schools.About 87% of school-age children attend public schools, about 10% attend private schools, and more than 3% are homeschooled.
State governments set overall educational standards, often mandate standardized tests for K-12 public school systems, and supervise, usually through a board of regents, state colleges and universities. Funding comes from the state, local, and federal government. Education provided to all American s is not only free but also mandatory and of high quality standards.
Education in USA is compulsory over an age range starting between five and eight and ending somewhere between ages sixteen and eighteen, depending on the state. This requirement can be satisfied in public schools, state-certified private schools, or an approved home school program.
The United States spends more per student on education than any other country. American students rank 14th worldwide in cognitive skills, just behind Russia. On the other hand, of the top ten colleges and universities in the world, eight are American. (The other two are Oxford and Cambridge, in the United Kingdom.)
Why India spend so little on education and why the government is so much negligent on performance and teaching standard in these schools which forced Allahabad High Court to go beyond their jurisdiction .
Allahabad HC orders UP officials, politicians to send their kids to government primary schools
-Times of India 18th August 2015
The Allahabad high court on Tuesday took a serious note of the pathetic condition of primary schools in the state and directed the chief secretary to ensure that children/wards of government officials/servants, those serving in the local bodies, representatives of people and judiciary, etc., send their wards to these schools.
"Only then would they be serious enough to look into the requirements of these schools and ensure that they are run in good condition," the court observed.
Hearing a slew of writ petitions filed by Umesh Kumar Singh and several others, Justice Sudhir Agarwal directed the chief secretary to take steps within six months so as to make the aforesaid directions effective from the next academic session of primary schools.
The court also directed him to submit a compliance report immediately after the lapse of six months.
The issue involved in the writ petitions was with regard to appointment of assistant teachers in state's primary schools.
During the course of hearing, the court noticed the deplorable condition of these schools and observed that although they are catering to the needs of 90% population of children, their condition could be described as "shabby."
The court further observed that as officials responsible for running these primary schools are treating them in a shabby manner, these schools have given rise to multiple litigations.

Debate On Anti-National Slogans

Debate is contention in argument; sespecially a formal discussion of subjects before a public assembly or legislature, in Parliament or in any deliberative assembly.

Debate is a method of formally presenting an argument in a disciplined manner.
Through logical consistency, factual accuracy and some degree of emotional appeal to the audience are elements in debating, where one side often prevails over the other party by presenting a superior "context" and/or framework of the issue. The outcome of a debate may depend upon consensus or some formal way of reaching a resolution, rather than the objective facts. In a formal debating contest, there are rules for participants to discuss and decide on differences, within a framework defining how they will interact.

Debating is carried out in assemblies of various types to discuss matters and to make resolutions about action to be taken, often by voting. Deliberative bodies such as parliaments, legislative assemblies, and meetings of all sorts engage in debates. In particular, in parliamentary democracies a legislature debates and decides on new laws. Formal debates between candidates for elected office, such as the leaders debates that are sometimes held in democracies. Debating is also carried out for educational and recreational purposes, usually associated with educational establishments and debating societies.

The major goal of the study of debate as a method or art is to develop the ability to debate rationally from either position with equal ease.

Similarly TV channels can use debate on various points related to growth , education, culture , sports, health care etc to get fruitful results .

But if these TV are used to toe the line of a party or the other , to sing the songs of those who pay money for it and to spread the views of a particular party or religion, it can creates division in society , it can give rise to caste conflicts, it can create conditions for inciting violence and rioting and it can help in pulling down a lgally elected government from power. Such biased debates instead of making a country may mar and destroy a country. Such ill-motivated and biased debates and discussion may spoil the culture of the society , may demotivate many weak minded persons, and may cause havoc in a peaceful society. TV channels in general are not providing creative ideas to viewers but playing with their emotions and feeding one-sided picture of a story .

We have to be very much careful from such debates and discussions which are organised not with open mind but with evil motto in mind.

Debates and discussion  in modern era has become a tool for TV channels to serve interest of politicians of their choice, who may be looters and who may be real nationalists too. Now it depends on quality and capacity of viewers whether they can discriminate between good and bad ideas , valid and invalid logics , right or wrong news , merit and demerits of issues ,purpose of such debates and finally pros and cons of the matter. It the viewers are weak , they may become victim of ill-motivated debates and cause loss to nation directly or indirectly.

If people stop watching TV channels which are indulged in promoting anti- national activities, which are bent upon weakening India and which are Supporters of anti-india-slogan-shouters, and similarly business houses stop giving them advertisement work, I think evil minded TV anchors and TV promoters will stop their ill-motivated, fabricated, concocted and biased reporting and country will become peaceful and safe. There will be lesser caste conflicts and lesser number of communal riots in the country. It is these selfish anchors and promoters of TV channels who incite violence by giving provocative and prejudiced picture of an incident or an accident.

In coming days, peace lovers will have to discard social sites like Facebook and WhatsApp too ,to save their children from becoming of victim of evil culture, of mis-information campaign and of dirty materials which hav potential to spoil not only immature minds but also to matured and talented mind. I suggest them to discard such evil channels and evil newspapera because I know a government cannot regulate or censor such channels in framework of democracy.

Some people plead that one should always listen crtitic and opponents because it gives an opportunity to learn new things and gives an opportunity to face new challenges in modified and more effective way.

Kabir says-
Nindak niyare rakhiye, Angan kuti chawai,
bin pani sabun bina, nirmal kare subhaiy

which means-
Keep your critiques close to you, let their hut be in your courtyard,
That way you don’t need soap n water to cleanse your nature,

It means to say that you get to know your faults if someone criticizes you, and you will have a chance to correct them. Listen to the criticism without annoyance, because the critic is not your enemy. He is helping you to clean the rubbish from your own life.

We are taught in schools and colleges that State Assemblies and Parliament are meant to make laws. In these temples of democracy, it is assumed and anticipated that a bill is proposed by a ruling party to make certain law or modify some of existing law to suit the need of time and then elected members are supposed to discuss and debate pros and cons of the proposal so that more and more refined and best suitable law is enacted. It is good in theory but not happening in practice.

If we closely watch the activities taking palce in majority of  State Aseemblies and Parliament, we will find that ninety nine percent of important proposals are passed by voice votes and without any discussion and debate. It is also observed that ruling party proposes a bill and members of opposition parties blindly and strongly oppose it as a ritual without looking into merit or dmerit of the inputs contained in the  bill  .

Similarly ruling party turn blind eyes  on suggestions offered by opposition members even if they are valuable and worth acceptance.

It is open secret that elected members normally act as sheep and guided by their High command . Every party in opposition camp has a High Command which gives dictation to its members how a member has to react and respond on a bill presented by a ruling party .Similarly members of ruling party are advised to say Yes loudly in favour of the bill and strongly rebute all suggestions offerd by opposition members.

It appears every members have to kill their own soul , conscience and views and act as puppet of their party high command. If any member of a political party dares speak against the dictate of his party high command, he or she is termed as dissident and spoiler of party's fate. Such members are many times expelled from the party.

It becomes crystal clear and it is proved that more often than not, elected members are to dance as puppet whose commnding thread lies in the hands of party supremo. We usually witness tug of war between two gangs of  elected members, one of ruling party and another of opponents.

As such the talk of debate and discussion or talk of parliamentary democracy looks farce and deceptive. This is the position of highest place Parliament  which is meant for debate and debate only. What things may be more painful than this?

Similarly on majority of TV channels , it is observed that quality of discussion is biased towards some party or the other. If an anchor likes to support line of action of Congress Party on a point or a bill proposed by BJP , he will pick four strong spokesman who blindly follow Congress Party line of action and pick one spokesman from camp of BJP so that the team appear to be representative of all parties and all groups. But while discussing , the anchor will supprress all valid logic of BJP and give full time and maximum coverage to invalid points of Congress Party. Similarly opposite situation happens when an anchor of a TV channels who likes line of action proposed by BJP , he will pick four strong supporters of BJP and one supporter of Congress Party and follow the same biased strategy to suppress the views of Congress Party spokesman even if it contains some valid points.

In this way , majority of debates which are carried out on various TV channels lead to wrong conclusion and are enough to pollute the minds of weak viewers. There are many TV channels which show misinformation and ill-motivated anti-national materials and repeat it time and again such that even lie start appearing as truth .

It is said that if several persons start speaking lie loudly , the voice of a few persons who speak truth is suppressed and such persons are normally isolated from society and sometimes eliminated too. Hundreds of lies make a truth.

In recent past , some of students and some of outsiders shouted Anti-India slogans in Jawahar Lal Nehru Univesity (JNU) campus and there will be no doubt in the mind of a unbiased and unprejudiced person that those slogans were totally meant to malign and weaken our country .

Shouting slogans like "Waging a war till destruction of country and till breaking of India into several pices" can never be considered as slogan for welfare of nation. Similarly many such slogans were shouted in JNU campus which a nationlists will never like and never support to be used anywhwere in the country. Still there are many politicians and individuals in our country who do not consider those slogans as anti-national-activity but treat the same as using  their right of freedom of expression.

Some people are opposing police Action and BJP for calling persons as anti-nationals who were directly or indirectly involved in anti-india slogan shouting in JNU campus on 10/02/2016. They are perhaps opposing for the sake of opposition and some others are supporting for the sake of support. But ,in my view there should be unanimous and only one view when one says two plus two makes four. Similarly there should be no second opinion on fact that anti-india-slogan-shouters are anti-nationals. And court will decide whether charges of sedition applied by police are sustainable or not.

Unfortunately, There are some TV channels in our country where TV anchors call a few advocates of anti-national culture and call such politiicans on their TV who are inclined to weaken India  and then start debate on quality and justifiability of aforesaid slogans and finally forcefully conclude that anti-India slogan shouters were not anti-nationals.

TV anchors conduct media trial and declare a person as innocent or culprit as per their whims and fancies. Debate is simply a tool for TV anchors to substantiate their evil opinions and enlarge its acceptance in public domain.. They do not want to wait till police investigation and judicial scrutiny of an incident or accident is completed.

Anchors of such TV channels are clever and cunning enough to pick speakers of their choice so that they may malign Mr. Narendra  Modi Prime Minister of India and Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and in return get the blessings of leaders of Congress Party to which they are associated since childhood or for serving their self interest or for monetary gain . Similarly left parties which have been uprooted from entire India are now trying to use students to brighten their future even at the cost of Nation.

In such position , the word 'debate' appears deceptive and dangerous. Such unhealthy debates which have ill-motivated strategy and which have evil purposes to be served by organisers of debate  cannot be said protector of right of freedom or savior of democracy. Rather it is these TV channels which are injecting poison in the minds of not only innocent Indian citizen but in the minds of talented Indians too who do not have enough analytical capacity to discriminate between evil and bad logic with good and  valid logics.  Children beco.e victim of bad culture of quarrelling and mutual mud- slinging process shown on TV channels.

The statue of three monkeys, which Gandhi Ji always kept by his side, is still in use by our political class, babudom & many organisations. If not the statue, at least the idea and the principals for which these three monkeys stood, is quite clear to many Indians.

However, in modren era, so called reformers have given  new meaning to valuable suggestions of Gandhi ji and the relevance of these monkeys in today's world.

The first monkey is supposed to See No Evil. In today's concept he still sees no evil - in the form of 'corruption, inefficiency, lethargy, garbage, poor infrastructure' etc.
The second monkey is supposed to Hear No Evil. Today's monkey does not hear any complaints, criticism, suggestions. He has almost lost hearing. May be due to age, since Gandhiji died in 1948.

The third monkey is supposed to Speak No Evil. Now he does not speak out at all. Any answers are given only in response to RTI queries or on judicial intervention. He is not bothered. Let people go to hell.

So what is the big challenge — leaders have to transform their attitudes, approach & people orientation.

We need to develop a talent pool, so that we have better leaders in the future. We have either to make debate useful and fruitful or discard it altogether.

Similarly if we cannot control mischievous TV channels and anchors ,we are left with one option of bycotting them. We can choose newspapers of our choice which may help in making India great and prosperous and bycott those newspapers which are indulged in Anti-national activities.

We should not remain silent spectator of all mishappening and all evils of society as three monkeys of Gandhiji. We must lodge our protest in our convenient way and in all possible ways, our silence empower evil doers .

Information is helpful but wrongly presented information may cause disasters too. Let us be selective and conscious all the time . some of  TV  channels and newspapers are spreading false news and we cannot control them. But we can definitely persuade our family members, our friends and our colleagues to avoid watching such channels and reading such newspapers. Prevention is better than cure.

If you want to remain happy and in mental peace ,you have to control yourself, modify your habits and keep away from all who may disturb your peace.

There are many offices, many departments, many banks and insurance companies and many PSUs where  Chief of that office act as dictator and do not believe in mutual consultation or in debate and discussion . In such position , juniors and subordinates of Chief remain silent spectator or if they dare oppose evil work of chief , he or she has to face torture in diffrent way. In such position clever but true person expresses in different platform in disguised manner. In long run , avoidance of debate proves fatal and disasterous.

Debates and discussion must be held before taking any final decision on any big and valuable issue. But if such debates and discussions are held with dishonesty and prejudiced mind , entire exercise of debate become a laughing stock and proves futile. Debates and discussions are helpful only when all participants are with open mind and flexible attitude.

It is however pitiable and painful too that debates held are more often than not , not with honest motive . If Partipants in debates sit eith fixed and closed mind , there is no fun is carrying out a debate on any subject just to make a formality. Honesty in fact is not part of any debate   neither in our Parliament and state Assemblies nor in our offices, nor on TV  channels.

This is why I am constrained to suggest you to  avoid watching TV channels which presents report in biased and distorted way. I suggest you to avoid reading newspapers which serves a Party or an individual at the cost of our country.

And if at all, you decide to watch such anti- national TV , you must have courage to protest wrong acts of media and if needed try for punishment to erring TV channels in lawful manner.

Corruption Politics Kejriwal And Rahul

Majority of high value companies in India have formed or constituted or bought or borrowed hundreds of fake or non-existent companies. Anyone can verify any big or small company of the country. This may be to save income tax or to make black money. If CBI looks into records of ROC (Registrar of Companies ) , it will be proved that there are numerous cases of multiple companies registered under same address.

All private business corporates are in habit of having many number of companies in their share holder's list . Banker who sanction loan to the tune of crore of rupees to private companies do not conduct due diligence of companies listed as share holder in a borrowing company. If fake companies and non-existent companies are removed , many of rich companies will have to reconstruct their share holding structure . It will be a Himalayan task to ensure that fake companies are fully eliminated from financial accounts of a high value borrowing company.

Similarly fake invoices are used in almost all offices and all departments , all public offices and private sector companies and almost all firms , partnership or proprietorship firms to inflate expenses or to book bribe as expenses in their books of accounts. There use to take place many expenses in all almost all offices which cannot be shown in books of accounts which are shown expenses in some other names. If fake invoices are made base  of allegation of corruption , then each and every government office, each and every private or public firms doing business, each banks under public sector  and each firms doing business of Chartered Accountants will be found guilty of cheating and committing fraud. Because the dirty culture is deep rooted.

Such expenses may be expenses incurred on wine parties or in distribution of bribe or expenses incurred on welcome of some VIP leader or big bosses. Sometimes these fake bills ( fake bills are those for which goods or services are not obtained in consideration of money) are prepared or demanded from genuine businessmen to compensate payment made to a company higher than normal prevalent rate . It is a common culture of business in almost all business houses and all government offices.

And the most important and ironical is that all these manipulations and accommodation in bills and accounts are suggested, managed and appropriated in legal way by none other than team of Chartered Accountants and again the same illegal transactions are certified as true and genuine transactions by none other than a different or same team of Chartered Accountant.

All types of inspectors come to inspect the dealings , verify and then certify the genuineness of the balance sheet so prepared as a ritual. This is a well established culture in our country. Nothing surprising fact has been revealed by Kirti Azaz for which entire country specially leaders of Non-BP camp like Congress Party and Aam Admi Party (AAP) were eagerly waiting. Entire audio-video exposure simply indicates the quality of auditing, quality of accounting and quality of governance in our country.

Talk of cost escalation also seems to be rubbish. Even a simple common men initiates a project of construction of a family house, estimated cost starts from 10 lac and sometimes reaches to double or triple cost. Sometime a person visualise a house of one BHK and then extends it to two or three BHK. Same thing appear to have happened in case of price escalation in construction and extension work related to Firoz Shah Kotla stadium. If we look into history of all big PSUs and try to assess their projected cost for establishment of the planned business venture , it will be crystal clear that in majority of such ventures, project cost escalated to higher level.

In the same way when a person avails bank loan of Rs.20.00 lac from a bank for construction of a house say at estimated cost of Rs.40 lac, bank ask for bill from time to time as and when construction work progress ahead. Since there are many such purchases where genuine bills are not available due to either system fault or due to some other reasons, loan taker is constrained to arrange bill at each phase of construction aggregating to Rs.40 lac to get a loan of Rs.20 lac.

Similarly many expenses incurred in government offices are such which cannot be booked in black and white of for which bills are not available, the person concerned are constrained to manage false bills to enable auditors to certify the genuineness of entire transaction. I reiterate here that there are many such expenses for which genuine bills are not available . This is ground reality of Indian financial practices and habits.

Majority of business men make efforts to evade tax to maximum extent . In all towns and cities , you will find office of consultants manned by clever middlemen or Chartered Accountants who suggest ways to minimise payment of taxes of all types and all these persons and offices work in nexus with tax officials only. Entire system and practices prevalent in our country are such that a truly and ideally perfect business man cannot do business peacefully. There may be some exceptions, but exception do not depict real nature of a financial culture or financial system.

You may take examples of any government project or private project , price escalation is invariably the reality and one cannot avoid it. Some time cost of project rises due to delay in statutory clearances, sometime due to delay in getting loan from financial institutions, sometimes in extension in construction, sometimes due to rise in input cost, sometime due to hike in labour cost, sometimes to mechanical failure or loss due to unnatural incidents, sometimes due to demand of improvement in quality of goods and services proposed , sometimes due to change in fashion and so on.

It is also possible and it cannot be denied that sometimes prices go up due to unofficial expenses, like bribe to different officials, distribution of gifts to VIP officers, Sometime in payment to local mafia men as Rangdari tax , sometime in making donations to political parties and blackmailing politicians and so on. There are many towns in many states , where a person who buys a house or starts construction of a house, he has to pay huge money to local muscle men to get protection from anti-social elements . Similarly most of business men in our country have to pay different types of gifts to different officials attached with different departments.

Here the main question which should be raised are whether the construction of stadium similar to disputed Firoz Shah Kotla Stadium can be constructed in Rs22 crore or Rs.50crore or Rs.100 crore . Experts should say in brief , how much is the reasonable amount which should have been incurred in finishing the stadium and how much extra is spent.

And then one should inquire who are those beneficiaries of extra amount and same should be verified from bank accounts where payment has been made by cheque.
Who are CAs , officers and executives who verified and certified inflated cost without an justification. They should then look into information that more than Rs.900 crore or Rs.500 crores were spend in construction or renovation of other stadium in same town or in other town , which is more or less four to five times of what is spent in construction of said disputed Firoz Shah Kotla stadium.

Unfortunately leaders of Congress Party or that of Aam Admi Party are involved in character assassination of Mr. Arun Jaitley or tarnishing the image of Bharitya Janta Party BJP or Mr. Narendra Modi , Prime Minister of India. They are least bothered of corruption and neither they are taking any step to stop it.

I say so Kirti Azad who has become a Hero today has been complaining about irregularities since long , but neither Delhi Government led by Sheila Dikshit of Congress Party nor the then UPA government led by clean Manmohan Singh could find any fault in Arun Jaitley . They carried out inquiry and investigation through FIO also and no charge could be established against Mr. Jaitley. Still leaders of Congress Party are crying in tune with AAP leaders just to make it a political issue and crate a false perception against ruling BJP , against Mr. Jaitley and Mr. Modi.

Leaders of AAP and Congress Party during all conversations on TV do not level specific charge of corruption against Mr. Jaitley but focus one and only point that Mr. Arun Jaitley was President of DDCA for ten years inspite of the fact that the investigation report submitted by a constitutional authority reported that the President Mr. Jaitley was not involved in day to day activities of DDCA. The investigation report also say that though there was some technical deficiencies but there was no financial irregularities . Still leaders of Congress Part who got the entire episode investigated during their rue are crying now against Mr. Jaitley , They do not feel shame in telling lie before national media.

I like to mention here that A money bill can be introduced in the Parliament only with the President’s recommendation. The President lays the Annual Financial Statement, i.e. the Union budget, before the Parliament. The President can take advances out of the Contingency Fund of India to meet unforeseen expenses. The President constitutes a Finance commission after every five years to recommend the distribution of the taxes between the centre and the States. All types of financial bills are signed or certified by President of India.

Can we hold President of India for all scam which took place during last six to seven decades?

Can we hold Manmohan Singh fully responsible and punishable for all scams which took place during ten year rule of UPA?

Frauds amounting of hundreds of crores of rupees are detected in almost all public sector banks,  Loans given by each PSU bank to the tune of thousands of crores of rupees are declared Non-performing Assets, loans valued thousands of crores of rupees are restructured to hide bad assets, loans valued lacs of crore of rupees are written off  and hundreds of crores of bank interest is scarified in favour of bad borrowers in the name of cleaning balance sheet , and all have been certified by Team of veteran and experienced  Chartered Accountants. If honest investigation is carried out majority of Branch Managers , Regional Heads, Zonal Heads will be found guilty.

In such case CMD and EDs of each bank should be sent to jail because under their leadership and their monitoring , country lost lacs of crores of rupees. I am saying so, because some of politicians are demanding removal of Mr. Jaitley from the post of Finance Minister, they may ask removal of all CMDs of all banks also to enable them to investigate bank accounts. Moreover , since all PSUs are in control of FM and RBI , all FMs of past and all officials f RBI should also be sent to jail for losses caused to bank due to their deficient monitoring and evil-motivated sanctions of loans. All CAs should also be sent to jail who certified a wrong balance sheet simply to earn lucrative high audit fees.

There are many organisations, Financial Institutes and government bodies where PM or CM or FM or Governor or other top dignitaries are ex-officio president of these bodies .
Can we hold such ex-official responsible and punishable for fraud which take place in such FI or government bodies?

Lastly , I can say that politicians like Kirti Azad or Arvind Kejriwal can try to make such issues for political advantage but they cannot help in eradication of corruption from the system . If a CM or PM want to eradicate corruption from the system , they have to work from ground level .

Mr. Arvind Kejriwal CM Delhi has failed to catch evil persons holding key posts in his own party. Many ministers of AAP are charged with several criminal activities and some of them are in jail and some others are facing trial in court. Similarly Congress party lost its power only due to hundreds of scams which took place under the leadership of so called clean PM Mr. Manmohan Singh. Naturally these parties are trying to trap ruling party leaders somehow or the other, by hook or by crook , rightly or wrongly.

AAP accused of protecting his Principal Secretary is trying to divert public mind and media men from evil works of his party to that of BJP, to Mr. Jaitley and to Mr. Modi .

Similarly leaders of Congress Party who are fully trapped in National Herald Case are trying to change the subject of TV media and change the mind of common men by projecting false story of corruption against Mr. Arun Jaitley knowing very well that Mr. Jaitley is no where linked with corruption alleged to have taken place in case of DDCA.

In course of mutual mud slinging process initiated by all political parties, real work related to development is delayed, atmosphere of the country is polluted and image of the country is tarnished in international forum , but real culprit can not be trapped unless and until effective corrective steps are taken from grass root level.
Politicians who cry foul against corruption will have to first clean their own home , own party and own government and then only they will be able to say strongly against corruption of others , of other parties and about other government.

Unfortunately whenever crime of one politician is exposed, he gives example of corruption of other politicians to get protection and both of them turn the debate on TV hot and inconclusive.

This is why always say that if judiciary and police reforms are expedited and if these two departments start working honestly , sincerely and devotedly, if they are given adequate infrastructure and adequate protection and if their working is not interfered by politicians and VIPs , I have no doubt that volume of corruption will gradually come down and give rise to healthy work culture in our country.

Last but not the least ,I do not mean to say that power has not been misused by the authorities or by concerned persons in DDCA or overspending has not taken place, or misappropriation of money has not taken place in DDCA , but I mean to say that it needs honesty investigation to find the real culprit and not just to conduct a press Conference and sensitise a non-issue or small issue to national issue for suppressing a greater event of corruption which is under investigation of CBI or court of law.

Politics is one thing and good governance is entirely a different thing. Media men also cry in tune with their political masters. Arvind Kejriwal can climb to Red Fort and cry loudly that all ministers in UPA government were corrupt and all ministers in current NDA government are corrupt. He can sensitise public mind and give some Masala to TV channels for debate and he can cause some erosion in rising popularity of Mr. Narendra Modi or some of his ministers. Similarly Mr. Kirti Azad may conduct press conference to show audio-video clips to come on national TV and cause some erosion in popularity of Mr. Modi and his government . Similarly Rahul Gandhi from Congress Party may cry from Red Fort that the case filed against him and his colleagues in his party is a political vendetta. Of course these false and unsubstantiated and unproved allegation creates wrong perception about a leader and about a political party or about a business house .This is India where even  so called intelligent Indian citizens are misguided by media propaganda and man times honest and devoted leaders become victim of such misinformation campaign and misleading information. But the need of the  hour is to take correct step silently to clean the system from grass root level and inculcate healthy  culture in functioning of all offices and departments. All corrupt persons have to be taken to task, there is no second opinion on it. But a guilty person has to be taken to task, one has to prove it by substantial facts and figures before appropriate authorities or file a case in proper court of law. Habit of maligning image of a person or a party in public domain may help in gaining political advantage at the cost of others , but cannot help in reduction of corruption or in changing corrupt culture or in mitigating the pain of common men who are sufferer due to loss of money in pilferages or  due to inflated cost in execution of government projects causing grater tax burden on common men.

Each government has to fix accountability and responsibility on guilty officials and guilty politicians who exploit the system by verbal orders and then get exonerated in all scams and when junior officers are made scapegoat. Healthy Culture can be inculcated at all levels starting from primary education upto the judiciary only putting morals in action and not by press conferences or crying in public.

I would like to suggest stern and quick punishment to those persons and politicians who put false blame in public domain against any officer or any political leader without any substance but with biased and malicious intention only to tarnish one's image. Though there is a provision for filing of defamation case in court of law, the process of judiciary is too slow to ensure justice to the aggrieved or to falsely victimised person . Unless and until our government learns and frames suitable laws and enforce it in in true spirit to punish persons who wilfully and knowingly indulges in character assassination of his opponents or his superiors to gain political mileage or to affect adversely the life and CAREER OF AN OFFICER .

It has become a culture of politicians and leaders of opposition or ruling parties to mutually blame each other and waste valuable time of Parliament , State Assemblies and finally that of all Indians . These leaders do not verify the correctness of their allegation , they simply impose false charges on any leaders they dislike. If Such persons are taken to task , every leader will think twice before putting allegation against any of his opponents.

Unfortunately , media men who are supposed to play the role of fourth pillar f democracy also join hands with such unscrupulous persons and indulge in same process of character assassination process. Media men come in picture , they organise a debate among handpicked persons of different groups to complete uncompleted task of character assassination of one's opponent rightly or wrongly , by hook or by crook. and finally sit on the chair of judge and declare at their own that the alleged person is a criminal. They do not have even patience to wait till court decides the issue.

This culture of media men as also that of political leaders has to be stopped immediately, otherwise our country will continue to suffer and precious time of Parliament and state assemblies will continue to be wasted on non -issues by opponents of rulers or by rulers to torture opponents. Government will have to ensure that all cases of disputes and all cases of alleged corruption are left to police or court of law to decide who are innocent and who are guilty Role of common men or leaders should be confined to lodge the complain and role of media men should be confined to report a incident just as news and not sit on chair of judge to torture a person or a leader to whom they dislike or hate.

It is the duty of Government to ensure that all cases of corruption filed against officers or political leaders are decided within a period of one year and the real culprit is booked to task and if needed false complainer be punished. GOI should either set up special court or provided adequate infrastructure and adequate manpower to all courts  so that they may dispose the cases in a fixed timeframe.

It is unfortunate that lacs of innocents are languishing in jails for years and decades either because police did not furnish complete chargesheet with sufficient evidences or court is not manned by adequate manpower or corrupt advocates continue to delay the process of justice by postponing hearing on cases every time on lame excuses in collusion with judges and culprit to gain some extra money in lieu of their false advocacy. Due to this wrong culture , cases filed in various court remain undecided for years and decades.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

During last almost seventy years of India's independence, none of Chief Ministers or political opponents could use bad words and abuse an democratically elected Prime Minister as Mr. Arvind Kejriwal Delhi Chief Minister has done . It is highly condemnable. There must be some legal or moral provisions to stop such politicians and elected heads who cross all limits of tolerance in their political or social life.

A few years ago ,Mr Kejriwal had published list of top 20 corrupt Ministers of the then UPA government led by honest PM Sri Manmohan Singh. More than  three years have passed ,but Mr. Kejriwal has not proved any of charges against any of top 20 corrupt ministers of the then UPA government or charges levelled against the then Chief Minister of Delhi Ms Shiela Dikshit. .He has not even initiated any case against those alleged Ministers. He has rather created friendship with convicted Lalu and Corrupt Congress Party just to defame Modi.

Mr. Kejriwal had also accused Gadkari of BJP and labelled serious charges of corruption but could not prove it. Rather Gadkari lodged a defamation case against Kejriwal.

Now Kejriwal has accused Mr. Arun Jaitley of his involvement in DDCA corruption. He will not be able to prove it.

It is important to point out here that at the behest of previous UPA government inquiry was already conducted during regime of Congress Party itself on complain of Mr Kirti Azad and Mr Jaitley was fully exonerated. It was proved that there may be technical deficiencies in completion and funding of construction of  stadium but there was no case of financial irregularities.

Still clever Mr. Kejriwal  is crying loudly against Mr. Jaitley just to protect his officer cum Principal Secretary Mr. Rajinder  and with a motive to divert the attention pf common men and media from CBI raid to so called corruption charges against Jaitley. He simply try to sensitise an incident rightly or wrongly .

It is ironical that Congress party whose government had already inquired into the alleged charges of corruption in DDCA is also crying in tune with Mr Kejriwal . Because both AAP and Congress Party treat Mr. Modi as common enemy and if Modi is allowed to perform , none can remove him from power due to fastly and consistently  rising popularity of Mr. Narendra Modi not only in india but also all over the world.

In fact. Mr. Kejriwal  has forgot and discarded his fight against corruption and now his fight is focussed against one and only person and that is Mr. Narendra .Modi and his party BJP.  Purpose behind such change in strategy and focus of clever Mr. Kejriwal is crystal clear. Kejriwal is now aiming to become PM. Now Kejriwal finds no fault in Congress party or in Rahul Gandhi or in Sonia or in Shiela Dikshit or Salman khursid.

It is important to mention here that it  is Central government which had referred the case of DDCA to Delhi government and asked for investigation. Had Jaitley been involved in corruption, they could have ignored the complain. They had courage to handover the case to a political enemy party AAP. This proves transparent and honest nature of BJP government.

Anyway if Mr. Jaitley is involved in so called corruption related to DDCA, Mr. Kejriwal is free to get it proved and ensure punishment to Mr. Jaitley. There is no need to cry again and again only to attract attention of media towards him. Similarly Mr. Kejriwal should have extended full support to CBI in carrying out investigation against alleged charges against his principal Secretary Mr. Rajinder.

Crime is crime and crime of all politicians should be left to court to decide and none of politicians should poke their nose in it. And no one has right to tarnish the image of any officer without proving it. Neither Mr. Kejriwal is justified in maligning the image of Mr. Jaitley  nor Mr. Jaitley or anyone has the right to malign the image of Rajinder unless and until his guilt is proved by CBI.

On the contrary Mr . Kejriwal is trying to save an officer Rajinder against whom CBI conducted raid to verify alleged charges of corruption. A person who used to demand even PM Mr Manmohan Singh to be interrogated is now questioning the right of CBI conducting raid in the office of Rajinder without his permission.

I hope followers of Mr. Kejriwal and Aam Admi Party will recollect their promises , plan and agenda when they were associated with fight against corruption and will not allow them to be swayed away in dirty political current and will not allow them to become victim of greed of post and power. They had promised to give a clean politics entirely different from traditional political parties like BJP and Congress Party. They should move in the same direction and fulfil their promises.

People of Delhi gave them valuable vote only to get rid of corruption , and not to disturb peace and harmony or disturb Parliament. They have become a laughing stock in public domain only because they  had abused Congress Party and won the electoral battle only with a promise to punish ministers of then Congress Party government  and now they are working hand in glove with the same Congress Party.

Hindustan Times article on Jaitley's role in DDCA

Finance minister Arun Jaitley is on the target of Aam Aadmi Party, which runs the government in the city, for what it believes irregularities in the construction works carried out in Feroz Shah Kotla stadium owned by the DDCA, of which the BJP leader was the president between 2004 and 2013.
The accusation and counter-accusations between the BJP and the AAP have raised a political storm, engulfing what is perhaps Delhi’s first successful story of building a modern stadium without any public expenditure.
Until 2004, the DDCA was managing with a stadium that was in a shambles. The process to give Delhi its own modern cricket stadium started when Jaitley took over that year. But from where would have such huge sum of money come? Those days the BCCI would only pledge a paltry Rs. 4 crore for renovating a stadium.

A medium pacer that he was in college and school days, Jaitley knew he needed a steady start before he could gain speed for the delivery.
The DDCA had made up his mind to taking baby steps. A decision was taken to build 43 air conditioned boxes having 30 seats each that could be leased to big corporates for 10 years for Rs. 1 lakh per seat.

Several corporate houses came forward and DDCA had Rs. 13 crore in its account to realise its dream of its own modern stadium with a seating capacity of 43,000.
Once money started pouring in through other means, the DDCA could convince corporate giants like ITC and Tata to buy two ends for `7 crore. Money kept coming to DDCA in the form of advertising rights, signage and leasing out different corners of the stadium.

At least Rs. 35 crore were mopped-up with these measures.

An impressed BCCI too decided to offer a Rs. 50 crore infrastructure subsidy. By now, the construction work had got its wings and a government company — the Engineers Projects India Limited — was engaged, through competitive bidding, to build the stadium.

In the end, cricket lovers in Delhi had their own swanky stadium for just Rs. 114 crore – much less than Rs. 900 crore spent on renovation of the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium or the `400 crore for the Major Dhyanchand Stadium with less than half of the seating capacity.

So, while men in khadi debate whether or not government in Delhi — which does not have a full statehood — or its chief minister without portfolio can institute a commission of enquiry, without having powers to do so, into what he believes is a financial irregularity, crickets lovers can be rest assured of some interesting cricketing clashes inside their very own stadium.

Arun Jaitley is Clean, Says Top Delhi and District Cricket Association Official

Arun Jaitley, former Delhi and District Cricket Association president, was accused of financial irregularity by Delhi's ruling Aam Aadmi Party. But working president Chetan Chauhan rubbished any such claims. He even thanked Jaitley for making the Feroz Shah Kotla a state-of-the-art stadium

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s outburst on CBI raids only exposes himself-Economic Times 18.12.2015

We all know that Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's political career rests on his self-professed crusade against corruption. So, to find a colleague — rather than himself, as he insists by invoking a strange version of the royal plural — being investigated for financial impropriety by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) can be overtly vexing for him.

But for Kejriwal, in all his righteousness, to erupt against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the CBI raiding senior bureaucrat and the chief minister's secretary Rajender Kumar's office for allegedly favouring private firms in state tenders has more than a maniacal ring to it. Politics is no longer a college union debate. Ironically, it is the last arena where we expect to hear parliamentary language being exchanged.

But a chief minister calling the prime minister a "coward" and a "psychopath" brings us to a new low in Indian politics. The government is rightly surprised by the chief minister's response — more by its tone than by its content.

To consider a CBI raid — one among 14 others in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh — as heavy-handed bullying is one thing. The politics of vendetta and claiming victimhood are standard tropes in our version of government-opposition business. But the viciousness of Kejriwal's response, specifically attacking the prime minister, makes one wonder how he will react if a black sheep was indeed extracted from his selfdescribed white-as-driven snow flock.

Will every question, critique or investigation invite the churlish flailing about that we witnessed from the Delhi chief minister? Being holier-than-thou is a virtue to aspire to. It isn't a condition to describe oneself as. Kejriwal is only confirming his critics' charge that the Delhi CM is a man who is incapable of dealing with criticism — except in the most crass, most infantile of ways.

By singularly and peculiarly targeting the prime minister, Kejriwal has sounded unhinged. Hardly befitting a man whose job is to head the government of a state. Let alone someone whose credentials as a crusader against corruption should make him blind to where corrupt practices may emanate from.

When a girl is raped in Delhi ,Kejriwal says Delhi police in controlled by Modi. He says 30000 cases of crime has taken place in Delhi in last four years , many children have been kidnapped from Delhi and as many as 1500 rape has taken place during this year. He says there is jungle Raj in Delhi and he further assets that for jungle Raj in Delhi Modi is responsible.

Will he tell people of Delhi for what purpose he is?

Kejriwal says that 1500 cases of rape has occurred in Delhi during this year. I ask whether he has visited the house of any victim during his tenure and whether he has given any compensation amount. Answer May be No.

May I ask why did he along with his colleagues visit Dadri in UP  where Md Akhalak was beaten to death by a mob?

Whether he will visit other states too in near future where case of rape will come to light?
He has extended support to Nitish in Bihar. ( See at bottom latest news of crime in other states )

Whether he will certify that that crime rate is less in the stat of Bihar and it will be reduced to zero when Lalu come to Power?

Kejriwal has done some work in Delhi but has damaged his popularity by abusing Modi every now and then on each petty issue. he and his blind supporters say that Delhi is not secure due to Modi and if police is handed over to Delhi government, Kejriwal will control them and change the attitude of police. They mean to say that in all other states where police is in control of CM , crime is negligible, rape cases does not take place and instances of killing does not take place in those states. He has become brand ambassador of Bihar.

Will he assert that in the state of Bihar cases of rapes, killings, loot and corruption is negligible as because police is controlled by Chief Minister of Bihar?

Will he speak about UP where crime cases appear to be highest in India ( on record it may be low as because FIRs related to crime are not registered there so easily as in MP or other states.

Further Kejriwal says that only 131 out of 31000 police case  has been convicted by court.

Does he think that court is also under control of Delhi police or Mr. Modi?
Does he not have time and money to spend for quick disposal of pending cases in Delhi courts?

After a threat issued by Shiv Sena , program of Gulam Ali was cancelled in Mumbai and Pune. Kejriwal has extended his support from Delhi to Gulam Ali, singer of Pakistan and has invited him to Delhi. It is said that Gulam Ali has accepted his invitation and the program is scheduled in the month of December this year.

Now million dollar question is why Kejriwal has invited Gulam Ali to Delhi.?

How he will provide security to such a large gathering?

Wherefrom his government will arrange fund  meet large expenses on arranging such prestigious gathering?

Will he make money for his party through such programs?.

He can spend Rs.500 crore on advertisement for his party and he can spend money in organising a program for Pakistan based singer , but he does not have fund for controlling Dengu in Delhi or better roads, better schools, better mid day meal for school children, better water and power for rural folks who are still deprived of  etc.

He says Modi is making foreign tours and not getting time to look after killings, rapes and kidnappings taking place in Delhi. He advises Modi to stop foreign tours and concentrate on Delhi issues.  I am unable to understand why Kejriwal not focusing his mind on delhi State and why he is inviting a Pakistani singer to Delhi and forcing disturbance of  peace in Delhi?

Is it again to malign image of Modi and to please voters?

What type of politics it is?

Is he doing the politics to prove that he is lover of Pakistan ?

Is he trying to create mass disturbances through his supporters on program day  and win the heart of Muslim voters by putting blame on Modi?

When Kejriwal is unable to provide security to women in Delhi due to disobedience of police, how he will provide security to Gulam Ali and his program.?

Does he want to prove that he is better and more powerful CM than any other CM of the country  and thus ridiculing CM of Maharashtra ?

Does he want to prove that he is better than notorious Shiv Sena?

No doubt he is honest and clean hearted man.
As a politicians he might have  become ambitious to become PM .

But as CM of Delhi , what people of Delhi can expect from good leaders like Kejriwal?
Is it proper that CM of a state threaten to disturb peace of Prime Minister of the country?
What image such threat of a CM will make in international forums?

A person who use to say that he loves country more than him, his party and any other leader. He is making sarcastic comment always on foreign tours made by Mr. Modi as Prime Minister of India. Is it the way to brighten the image of our country?

When someone ask what is the need of inviting Gulam Ali , a Pakistani singer. He replies that he wants friendship with Pakistan .

Is it the duty of CM of Delhi to work for friendship between two countries India and Pakistan?

I am most confident that intelligent Mr. Arvind Kejriwal CM of Delhi understand the views of common men and he can read the pulse of common men in India. Numerous comments appear on his facebook which also indicate how reader value him. Keeping in view all aspirations of people of Delhi and that of entire country , I request him to clarify these points before people of India to brighten his image .

I had much expectation from Mr. Kejriwal when joined politics and promised to give a politics different and better than that of BJP, Congress and all other parties. I hope he will try to do better in future. God bless him . I wish all the best for him.

I hope Mr. Kejriwal will  take my questions in good spirit and respond, not to me but people in general. I hope Kejriwal will learn the art of influencing and inspiring people, offices  and his colleagues junior or senior. He has to stop controlling and forcing others to do this or do that. He has to learn the art of appreciation and accepting good points of others . He usually criticises others and make them all enemy and waste his valuable time and also that of others. He has to learn the art of introspection and stop extrospection. Comparison, criticism and competition deplete happiness whereas appreciation, love and acceptance increases happiness of all .

Kejriwal has great potential to lead state and the country . He has to focus Delhi for at least five years and prove that he is actual well wisher of Delhites. He will worshipped by all. Then he can enlarge his area of politics. If he continue to criticise others , he will be criticised by others. Everyone has merits and every one has some demerits. We have to focus on merits and brighten the future of all. We have not to be guided or misguided by media news . Media normally do the work of damager and not the work of bringing people together. Media men focus on how to provoke emotions of people and ignite fire . They do not sprinkle water if there is fire in any area.

It is also astonishing that media men also get  good news only in the state of Delhi, UP and Bihar and J&K.

No leader from other parts of the country ridicule or blame Modi other than Bihar, Delhi,,up and J&K

One of Facebook reader writes as follows on my above blog.

Indeed one must ask question to Kejriwal but the fact remains that Delhi police is not under control of Chief Minister of Delhi. How can you change the fact? Neither CM of Delhi can make police chief accountable nor police chief is going to take any order from CM of Delhi, this is pathetic. Who others than people of Delhi suffer?

My Reply is as follows

In all other states police is in control of CM , still crime is there and in bigger volume. CM can control his state legally through various other available ways. Every thing is not in the hands of police only and if it is so there is no need of having a CM.

Delhi is a union territory since freedom and it was given a separate stats with some control with centre 20 years ago. CM has to learn to work in framework of Constitution only

Constitution makers were a group of most learned and intelligent men who took three years in making of our Constitution. Since then none of ruling parties thought it fit to make Delhi a full fledged state. Several Scholars of this country have applied their brain on this topic during last seven decades but could not suggest giving Delhi a full statehood.. Arvind Kejriwal is also an educated person and an intelligent men. He also understands that it is essential to continue status quo for Delhi.

But he still cries for getting police power to befool illiterate voters and simultaneously by putting blame on Modi he is trying to earn sympathy of voters and specially Muslim voters as other politicians are doing. He may make several abusing remarks against Modi and try to decrease rising popularity of Modi and BJP but people of Delhi and our country understand the ground reality. Please see how people are using ugly language in the page of Arvind Kejriwal in Facebook.

Kejriwal became CM of Delhi by abusing and accusing others and he thinks that by accusing others he may remain in power for long and become PM a day. He is perhaps wondering in dreamland.

Lastly I would like to state that a Deputy Collector or SDO in a district or a subdivision has limited power and he has to administer within defined rules and he gets success in managing the affairs if he or she is not disturbed by dirty politician. Branch Manager of banks manage the branch though they do not have power to take action against erring staff. There is defined framework to punish a erring staff and every officer has to follow it. An officer cannot say that he will manage the branch only if he is given the power to dismiss a staff.

Similarly Kejriwal cannot administer well only by abusing LG or Modi. By this act he is denigrating his own status and making mockery of his post. He holds a Constitutional post and not a leader of civil society movement . He cannot now cry like an agitationists. But he takes pride in crying like a layman.

Who will teach him the ethics of administration or how to change the rule before violating the rule of law?

Kejriwal is focusing on BJP ruled states only as an strategy to capture India and dethrone Modi. He criticise CMs of Rajasthan, MP, Chhatishgarh and other BJP ruled states only. He does not find any fault in the state of WB, Bihar, AP, Kerala, Orissa and so on. Likewise Media also ignore entire country and focus on Delhi, Bihar and UP only. It is their strategy too.
