Politics on Mayawati Statue

Election Commissioner has wrongly ordered to wrap i.e. cover statues of Mayawati and that of elephant on the eve of election in UP to create equal playing field for all political parties. I am of strong and clear opinion that construction of these statues by Mayawati government using public fund was absolutely illegal, wrong and unwarranted and hence must be condemned by all right thinking persons and parties.

But the decision of EC to cover the same to maintain the so called code of conduct is equally illogical, unconstitutional, wrong and unwarranted. Political parties who are supporting the decision of EC are also doing so due to their mean minded approach. These parties should rather ask for reimbursement of such expenses from party fund of BSP because the expenses incurred on construction of statue of Mayawati and elephants are to popularize Mayawati and not at all meant for common men.
