What Will Happen If Leaders Are NOT GOOD

If a murderer argue before judge that Mr. so and so had also committed the crime of murder, but was not punished by any court, will the learned judge acquit or exonerate him from punishment?

If Mr. Ram accused in corruption case says in court that his boss had also taken share from him or  my other colleagues have been taking bribe in all such cases , will court ignore his crime of indulging in corrupt practices?

Can the crime committed by others be an acceptable ground in court of law to get rid of punishment?

If no,

How can the Congress party indulged in 2G scam or Coal mines scam or CWG scam may be exonerated from punishment only because his other parties also did the same mistake in the past?

Is media justified in supporting the cause of ruling Congress Party and maligning BJP or other parties?

BJP or any other parties committed mistake in coal mines scam is not important as it is associated with Congress Party which is ruling the country from center.

If Chairman of a bank or any corporate or public sector undertaking is corrupt, how can his subordinates like General Manager or DGM or AGM or any officer afford to be honest? If a teacher is indiscipline , corrupt and unskilled , students cannot obtain good marks and cannot acquire good education in such schools.

On the contrary when T N Sheshan as Chief election Commissioner of India or Mr. Vinod Ray as Comptroller Auditor General of India called as CAG or an IAS or IPS officer in a district is honest, tough, effective , responsive and hard worker, their subordinate also follow the suit and show their courage to expose the hidden corrupt practices of the system.

Leaders show the path of progress, not the subordinates. Pure Ganges flow from the top not goes up from bottom. If polluted water flows from top, one cannot dream of getting pure water down on the earth.

If Manmohan Singh the Prime Minister of the country is weak, ineffective, and unresponsive and in active, we cannot dream of other administrative offices and other ministries to become effective, hard workers and good performer.

If in his cabinet, most of his ministers are indulged in corrupt practices and accumulated huge wealth from ill means , how can the leader Mr. Manmohan Singh prevail upon them and how can he dream of clean government?

If persons like Kapil Sibal, Digvijay singh , Manish tiwari , Rajiv shukla continue to misguide and mislead the leader and leader is easily swayed away by such pide pipers, how can common men dream of any relief from existing corrupt system ?

If media is honest and patriot , they can teach lesson to dirty politicians by harping on the  subject in right spirit.

But what will happen if the media men are also greedy of wealth , wine and woman as officials and politicians of our country are ?
