Almost all government
departments pledges to have grievance redressal mechanism in force , they
invite complains , they publicize their email address and postal address but
they never take corrective and punitive step.
Hundreds of complains pertaining to corruption have
written to all offices including that to President of India by many lovers of
the country. Unfortunately all offices works simply as forwarding and filing
agent. they receive the complain and forward the same to some subordinate officer
or simply file it.
None of them want to take action against looters. Birds of the same feather are sitting in all offices including the offices of CBI, CVC, CID, ED, CVC and so on..................Even media men play a role of supporting corrupt system.

None of officers or
ministers is so much concerned about rampant corruption. Politicians preach
sermons to others make policy for execution and promise to stop corruption but
always fail. They themselves are either corrupt or occupied top post through corrupt
ways and hence they think it wise to remain as silent spectator.
One may find the
attractive board , glow sign board giving the message to customers and people
of India " "May I Serve You", " Customer Service is
Our Motto", "We want Development of common Men" " Customer
Grievance Cell", 'Customer Helpline" etc. But all these are
simply BAKWAS.
None of top officials
are interested to stop corruption or punish corruption. All complains
pertaining to complains are closed barring a few exceptions .Because some
officer of the other have close linkage with some or the other top
ranked officer or top ranked politicians who advocate immediate closure of file
which pertains to corruption.CVC and CBI are unable to function
freely.
Even President of India never bothers of whether any corrective
actions have been taken by the concerned department on
matters referred by his august office. Cases pertaining to corruption
are languishing in various courts for decades together because the clever
advocates, clever judges and clever politicians know the art of keeping the
case indisposed for indefinite period.
This is India where culprits in Lalit Narayan murder case, Bhopal Gas case, Bofors case, Sikh riot case etc have not been punished even after lapse of more than two or three decades.

One after other scams
are surfacing involving thousands and lacs of crores
of rupees , still government of India is said to be clean and honest
only because it is headed by so called clean person
Manmohan Singh . It has become habit of ruling parties and media to
blame opposition parties for all cases of corruption.
This is why people of
India need to support movement launched by Anna Hazare and his team against
corruption.
